We recently needed some short term storage , the office manager Karen and the Admin team at the Ricardo Road location have been absolutely fantastic. They carry out their work professionally and competently and have provided us with kindness and patience during a difficult time. Highly recommend them for storage needs in the Kamloops area.

It was a very positive, friendly, and accommodating check-in. I found the entire process was positive, from the initial phone call to eventually storing my stuff. The two staff were so much fun and pleasant. The storage unit is spotless. The overall condition of the property is equal to a great service level. The office is pleasant. And the location is very central, and I felt safe there because of all the businesses around it. Also, it has a security gate. I would definitely recommend both Sentinel and this particular location. mostly because of the two women I met there. This level of service is better than today's banks. And I told them that.

I met with Evelyn and she was incredibly informative and kind. The vibe was great right from the start, and she managed to get me an unreal price on storage. I’d highly recommend the company—definitely ask for Evelyn if you can!

I’ve had a storage unit several times with Sentinel and every time it’s been an easy problem free experience. Access to my unit and communication with staff has been top-notch, And and dealing with Karen at the main office Has been a Delight. She was very helpful and knowledgable with any questions I’ve had. Highly recommend!
