The customer service was and is excellent, made reserving, deciding what we wanted and needed very easy! Plus they have items for moving and the price was really great! I highly recommend them, if you're in need of storage!

Sentinel Storage was clean and had many units and locations available to rent within the city of Kamloops. I rented an outdoor drive-up unit over the winter months and everything was completely dry in the spring. The only issue was from the neighbouring lumber mill - the wind carried the saw dust in the breeze onto some of my items that I had layed out on the pavement to sort before stacking inside the unit.

If you are trying to store a car stay FAR away from this place …… I stored my car here for the winter they put me at this location rather then their other one because of a “lip” on the unit and my car wouldn’t make it in …. Well every single unit they have has a massive lip it damaged the bottom of my mustang they also have a SERIOUS mice prob . Not happy with this place at all . Just a heads up if you empty the unit and clean it but forget your lock on there they will not cut it they will continue to charge you and cut it when they feel like it 🤣 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!

Hello I have had my camper stored here for many years ,never a problem, and staff are very friendly and ready to help. Would recommend this facility to everyone.
