I had an appointment and was greeted by Evelyn as soon as I walked in. She welcomed me by my first name, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. The entire process was simple, efficient, and completely stress-free.
Evelyn was professional, friendly, and made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent customer service. In my opinion, Evelyn deserves five stars plus for the outstanding experience she provided.

Hailey was just super to work with, walking us through the process, and answering our many questions for our first time use of storage facilities.
The staff are friendly, helpful and the storage facility looks clean and safe.

The team at the Salish Road location were very helpful and professional. All storage options were explained thoroughly which made choosing the best locker and pricing that fit my needs.
The facility is secure and tidy. We were able to view available locker sizes.

We were looking for longterm, secure parking for our car while we were away for a month on ViaRail. A helpful airport shuttle owner recommended storing our car with Sentinel instead, and we are very glad he did.
Over the course of several phone calls, Heather and her Sentinel co-workers set us up with a one-month contract that secured our car, very close to the train station, at a very attractive price. Every Sentinel employee we interacted with was very friendly and solution oriented.
Now, when we pull up to the Kamloops train station at midnight next week, we will be a very short cab ride from our car and without worries while we're away. We would recommend Sentinel to anyone needing parking in Kamloops while away on ViaRail.
