Tawnya was extremely helpful-despite our arrival (as a new customer) moments before the end of her shift! She walked us through the contract (throughly) and and was pleasant and thoughtful and made sure everything was perfectly n place before leaving! We are very happy with Sentinal Storage in Kamloops!! The staff at Sentinel Storage on Salish Rd, Kamloops, BC were super friendly! Evelyn the Store Manager met all of my requests for the size of locker that I chose making me one happy customer!

My first experience with Sentinel storage was one month completely rent free, paying only for clerical fees of approximately $30.00, while I waited for my new place to live. I had just sold my home, and it was about a 3 week wait for my rental to become available.Then a year after that, my rental had become not available anymore. I ended up back in storage with all my belongings. It took another 6 months to find a affordable rental. I finally found a much smaller rental. My belongings did not fit into my new living space. And so six months later, last week. I downsized to a smaller storage unit not only did this company find me a unit in the same place but after four trips to move everything, from the old storage unit to the new storage unit, the vehicle had not even traveled 1 km . Best of all because I was a customer already the new storage unit was %50 off . So my fee from moving to a smaller unit decreased by 50% then my new unit that I had just moved to was also given a one month decrease in fees of 50% the place is by far a very secure location, and I just love the customer service I received Sentinel storage.Canada.

💂♀️ Sentinel is a guard, a lookout, a person keeping watch. It's often a soldier, but not always. If you're watching a pot, waiting for it to boil, you're standing sentinel — and incidentally, it will not boil until you leave. When you have to leave, it's nice to know there's someone you can trust to keep it from vanishing into thin air.........💂♀️
