My first experience with Sentinel storage was one month completely rent free, paying only for clerical fees of approximately $30.00, while I waited for my new place to live. I had just sold my home, and it was about a 3 week wait for my rental to become available.Then a year after that, my rental had become not available anymore. I ended up back in storage with all my belongings. It took another 6 months to find a affordable rental. I finally found a much smaller rental. My belongings did not fit into my new living space. And so six months later, last week. I downsized to a smaller storage unit not only did this company find me a unit in the same place but after four trips to move everything, from the old storage unit to the new storage unit, the vehicle had not even traveled 1 km . Best of all because I was a customer already the new storage unit was %50 off . So my fee from moving to a smaller unit decreased by 50% then my new unit that I had just moved to was also given a one month decrease in fees of 50% the place is by far a very secure location, and I just love the customer service I received Sentinel storage.Canada.

Sentinel Storage provides excellent service. The office staff were informative, efficient and friendly. With 50% off for the first 3 months, rates were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.

Storage service has been great here overall. The only complaint I have is that the price seems to go up a couple times every year. Besides that, great place to store your items!
